The annual Monumental Yard Sale Weekend is held on Indigenous Peoples Weekend, October 9 – 11, 2021. Residents and participate in the unusual sale where visitors can find one-of-kind treasures lining the sidewalks of Commercial Street and in yards all over town.
The autumn is when the outdoors is especially beautiful. There are dune tours and whale watching excursions, as well as the incredible Herring Cove Beach and Race Point Beaches.
Visitors can walk among the dramatic dunes of the Cape Cod National Seashore, or rent a bike and explore the Province Lands Bike Trail, in a town that PeopleforBikes ranked as the #1 place to bike in the United States in 2021.
