Jerome Ake Beda was awarded the title of: “Sommelier of the Year 2015” by the Gault & Millau in Switzerland. He oversees 4,000 bottles in the cellar of L’Auberge de l’Onde, a charming restuarant in the wine village of St. Saphorin, overlooking Lake Geneva not far from Vevey.
