Hamilton’s Kitchen at The Alfond Inn at Rollins is proud to participate in Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining Month, which is sponsored by American Express. Designed to celebrate Orlando’s amazing culinary scene, these prix fixe dinners are designed to showcase the best of Orlando’s restaurants. Starting on August 23, 2019 during a special preview week, and continuing through September 30, 2019, select Orlando restaurants will offer three-course, prix fixe dinners for just $35 per person.

At Hamilton’s Kitchen, Chef Stephen Doyle has come up with an inventive menu for Magical Dining Month. His menu choices start with either Compressed Watermelon or Cranberry Waldorf Salad as starters; main course choices including Faroe Island Salmon, Bell & Evans Roasted Chicken Breast, Hamilton’s Shepherds Pie and Parmesan Orzo Primavera;  and Seasonal Granita or Macallan Scotch Pudding for dessert.
