Summer Harvest is the theme of the July 18 Chef’s Supper Club at The Common Good at The Benson Hotel and Faculty Club through the summer and the rest of 2024. These dinners set new standards in Aurora, Colorado, the gateway to the Rockies.

A special dinner created by Executive Chef Donovan Davis, the Summer Harvest menu features seven courses inspired by the abundance of summer in Colorado. This is an edible journey in celebration of the season, with a diverse array of dishes.

Drawing inspiration from the freshest produce and flavors available during this time of year, the tasting menu showcases a diverse array of dishes that capture the essence of summer.

The Common Good, The Benson’s 100-seat restaurant, has wall-to-wall windows and a wraparound outdoor terrace for alfresco dining. Executive Chef Donovan Davis serves seasonally driven comfort food using locally sourced ingredients.
