September marks the Chef’s Supper Club: Inspiration Series | Embers
The dinner is from The Common Good at The Benson Hotel and Faculty Club, created by Chef Donovan Davis. These dinners are setting new standards in Aurora, Colorado, the gateway to the Rockies.
This is a seven 7 course meal inspired by our Inspiration Series. Embers is a celebration of smoke, celebrating the nuanced and captivating essence of flavors and techniques of smoke in food. Inspired by the artistry of fire in cooking, this tasting menu offers an exploration of dishes infused with the rich aromas and earthy notes of smoke and embers. Chef Davis draws inspiration from the freshest produce and flavors available during this time of year with a tasting menu showcases a diverse array of dishes that capture the essence of the season.
